A guided thirty days to steady your heart when life feels unsettled. Each day offers one passage, a moment to reflect, and a short prayer you can carry with you.
Move at your own pace. If a day feels full, one verse and one prayer are enough to begin again tomorrow.
Each day opens with a short title and one central passage. Read it slowly, once or twice, and let a single line stay with you.
02
Reflection
A brief reflection draws out what the passage might mean for an ordinary day, written to be read in a few minutes.
03
Short Prayer
A short prayer gives words to what you feel, or to what you do not yet have words for. Pray it as written or in your own voice.
04
Optional Peace Challenge
A gentle, real-world invitation to practise peace. It is optional, and skipping it is never a failure.
A sample day
Day 1: Begin where you are
Central Scripture: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28). Read it slowly and notice the word that catches your attention. Reflection: Some days the weight arrives before the morning does. This passage does not ask you to fix anything first. It simply names who it is for, and it invites you to come as you are. Let the invitation be enough for today.
Prayer: Quiet God, I bring you what feels heavy this morning. Hold the parts I cannot carry, and give me enough peace for the next small step. Amen. Optional Peace Challenge: Take five unhurried minutes today without a screen, and notice one thing you can see, hear, and feel.
